You don't need to come back to this page every time — bookmark it, or better, put a shortcut right on your desktop or home screen:
On a computer (Chrome/Edge): click the icon at the right edge of the address bar (it may show as ⋮ menu → "Cast, save, and share" → "Save Page As", or a "Install app"/"Create shortcut" option) — or simply press Ctrl+D (Windows) / Cmd+D (Mac) to bookmark the page.
On a phone (Android/iPhone): open the browser's menu (usually ⋮ or the Share icon) and look for "Add to Home Screen" — it'll then open like any other app icon, no browser address bar needed.

Save a copy of your data to your own Google Drive, so it's safe even if this device is lost or reset.
Not built yet — this arrives alongside Google Sign-In in a later version. Today you can still back up locally any time via Settings → Back Up Data (JSON).
Privacy
Worry Not doesn't send your data anywhere. Everything you type stays on this device, inside this browser's storage — there's no server, no account, and nothing is uploaded while you use it.
The only times data leaves this device are the ones you start yourself: exporting to Excel or backing up to JSON (and later, syncing to your own Google Drive). Those files are plain and readable once created — that's what makes them open in Excel or be restorable — so keep them somewhere you trust.
Opened as a local file, some browsers don't fully separate storage between different local files the way a real website would — a quirk of file:// links, not this app. The password-based encryption described on the Security page is what actually protects your data either way.
Disclaimer of Liability
Worry Not is built so that nothing you type is uploaded or transmitted as part of using the tool — everything is processed and stored locally on your own device, encrypted with a password only you know. That is a design guarantee we stand behind.
What we cannot guarantee, and take no legal responsibility for in any sense whatsoever, is data exposure caused by anything outside the tool itself — including (without limitation) compromised or over-permissioned browser extensions, unsecured or public Wi-Fi/networks, malware or spyware already on your device, weak or reused passwords, leaving your device unlocked or shared with others, or any other security practice on your end. Worry Not is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, and your use of it is entirely at your own risk.
Security
Every time you open Worry Not, you unlock it with a password you set yourself — nobody else, including whoever built this app, ever sees it.
That password isn't just a lock screen: it's used to generate the actual encryption key (PBKDF2 with a high iteration count, feeding 256-bit AES-GCM encryption) that scrambles everything before it's saved. Without the right password, the stored data is unreadable, not just hidden.
The trade-off: because nobody but you holds the password, there's no "forgot password" option. If it's lost, the data underneath it can't be recovered — a deliberate choice to keep this genuinely private.
