Introduction
For many Muslims around the world, maintaining consistency in performing the five daily obligatory prayers (Salah) remains a constant spiritual challenge. Despite our best intentions, we often struggle to track our prayer performance over extended periods, leaving us unaware of how many prayers we’ve missed or performed in congregation throughout our lives. This lack of tracking makes it difficult to identify patterns, set improvement goals, or even make up missed prayers (Qaza) systematically. This tool is Muslims Prayers Tracker Online Dashboard
Recognizing this widespread need, we’ve developed a comprehensive Prayer Performance Tracker – an easy-to-use digital tool that allows you to monitor your Salah journey throughout your entire life. Whether you want to start tracking from your childhood years (like 1980) or begin from today, this tool grows with you, enabling you to add new years continuously and maintain a complete spiritual record of your prayer journey.

How to Use the Prayer Tracker Tool
Step 1: Download the Excel Template
Begin by downloading the pre-formatted Excel template specifically designed for prayer tracking. This template comes with five separate sheets – one for each of the daily prayers (Fajr, Zohr, Asr, Maghreb, Isha). The template is structured to accommodate multiple years of data, allowing you to track your prayer performance throughout your lifetime.

Step 2: Start Tracking Your Prayers
Using the template is straightforward. For each day of the month, under the corresponding year column, simply enter one of the following codes to record how you performed each prayer:
- J – For prayers performed in Jama’at (Congregation)
- A – For prayers performed Alone (could not find prayer room or other reason)
- Q – For Qaza prayers (missed but made up later)
- F – For days when prayer wasn’t obligatory due to female menstrual cycle
- Leave blank – For prayers that were not performed and not made up
Important Notes:
- Both capital and small letters are accepted (J or j, A or a, etc.)
- The template automatically accounts for female users during menstrual periods using the ‘F’ code
- You can start from any year in your life and continue adding new years
- The system accommodates leap years and varying month lengths
Step 3: Analyze Your Prayer Performance
Once you’ve populated your Excel file with prayer data, upload it to the dashboard tool to gain powerful insights into your spiritual journey:
- Identify Your Best Years: The tool automatically highlights years when you performed the highest percentage of Jama’at prayers, helping you recognize periods of strong spiritual commitment.
- Pinpoint Improvement Areas: Discover which years had the highest number of missed prayers (Qaza), enabling you to strategically plan for making up these prayers.
- Track Progress Over Time: Visual charts show your prayer performance trends across years, helping you see long-term patterns and growth.
- Comprehensive Overview: Get detailed statistics for each prayer separately and collectively, understanding which prayers need more attention.
The dashboard provides visual analytics through interactive charts and detailed tables, making it easy to comprehend your prayer journey at a glance. By regularly updating your Excel file and re-uploading it to the tool, you can monitor your progress, set meaningful goals for improvement, and ultimately strengthen your connection with Allah through consistent and conscious prayer performance.
